We offer fully-furnished, all-inclusive accommodations designed for short and long-term stays, perfect for professionals, seniors, vets, re-entry, nurses, college students and more. Our spaces are move-in ready and promote the benefits of co-living, enabling residents to enjoy a high quality of life while cutting down on living costs.

To apply, you’ll need to fill out our online Intake form which will include a background.  

There’s a $50 Admin. fee. This fee is non-refundable

No, but there is a $50 non-refundable admin fee. 

Our properties include a private bed and/or bedroom with a shared kitchen, living room, workspace area, bathrooms, and washer/dryer. 

Our goal is to make moving in easy and simple. Things that will need to be paid before you move in:
